Hydraulic Power Unit for Dock Bridge

General Description:

This power unit is designed for fixed and mobile dock leveler main and auxiliary cylinder support the main platform and lip work in turn to make ramp tilting up and down.

So as to form a smooth transition plate between the dock and carrier.

lt also provides astandard electric control box.

This dock leveler power unit simply raised the ramp when the motor is activated and the 3-way，

2-solenoid valve is power-lossing, the lip can come out and come back by the 4-way, 2-position solenoid valve.

The ramp lowered by the motor power-lossingand all of  2 solenoid valves has got power.

The lowered speed control by flow control/check valve.

Special Notes:

1.The power unit is of S3 duty,which can only workintermittently and repeatedly and repeatedly , ie., 1minuteon and 9minutes off.

2.Clean all the hydraulic parts concerned before mounting the power unit.

3.Viscosity of the oil should be 15~68cst, which should also be clean and free of impurities. N46 hydraulic

4.This power unit should be horizontal.

5.Check the oil level in the tank after the first star of thepower unit.

6.Change the oil after the first 100 hours of using the powerunit , then change the oil every 3000 hour.
